These leaders will be the cornerstone of a just and thriving society, capable of addressing the needs and aspirations of all its members. We are impartial, non-partisan and inclusive. We seek to foster a new generation of servant leaders across the African continent who share in our Philosophy. Our desire is for our graduates to gain a competitive advantage in Governance, making them highly desirable candidates for both employment opportunities and public office.​

​​​Our training is based on a Judeo-Christian value system which has played a pivotal role in fostering unparalleled freedom, prosperity, and generosity in societies throughout history. Since 2020, we have trained over 450 people through our short courses and over 800 people through our online conferences and seminars reaching people from more than 15 countries in Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania and the Americas to benefit all members of society, regardless of their personal beliefs.
